Job Description

Position Title: Senior Program Manager

Location: Kansas City, MO or Dallas, TX

Work Schedule: hybrid, 3 days WFH, 2 in office

Must Haves:

  • Effective communicator (written and verbal); effectively communicating project status, risks, scope, etc. to clients and strong decision-making, facilitation skills, and drive collaboration across teams
  • Financial management experience
  • Experience operating in a SAFe Agile environment
  • 7-10 years of experience as a program manager
  • Strong understanding of portfolio management

Plusses:

  • Working alongside data teams, data governance teams, implementing data pipelines, familiar with data lakes, experience in dealing with financial product datasets

Day to day:

  • Insight Global is seeking a highly experienced Senior Program Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAFe Agile methodologies and financial management, along with a proven track record of successfully collaborating with data teams. As a Senior Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the successful execution of complex projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timely delivery. This is a long term extending contract, with the ability to sit either in Dallas or Kansas City (Kansas City preferred).
