Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Three years of related experience or combination of education and work experience

Knowledge of, or ability to master, detailed local production and billing guidelines

One year of experience within Esquire’s Production or Billing department

1+ years’ experience in operations management and analytics

Manage and resolve paperwork deficiencies and stipulations with various parties to ensure solar contracts are correctly managed

What you will work on

Manage communications from Supply Chain, Logistics and Distribution Center in support of Lime Internal customers at Field Operations Centers

Manage various spreadsheets, recommend improvement and collect feedback from customers

Assist with integrations to external platforms to highlight order flow requirements

2+ years of experience working in an Order Fulfillment or Distribution Center related function

Familiar with order processing within an ERP, preferably prior direct experience with NetSuite

Responds to customer and internal inquiries pertaining to orders, inventory, tracking, pricing, or any other Order Management related question.

Participates in internal and customer meetings pertaining to Order Management.

Fosters a culture of continuous improvement within the Order Management team by actively seeking improvement opportunities and developing and implementing solutions.

Accurate data entry skills in Oracle.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, including intermediate Excel skills.

Manages order backlog making sure orders are updated and accurate.

Ensure Great Plains and Warehouse Management Systems are constantly communicating with each other. Troubleshoot inefficiencies within the order process.

Resolve escalated Order Management issues in a timely manner; update management as needed.

Resolve daily order issues through frequent communication with Management, Warehouse Operations and the Logistics Team.

Previous customer service, order support or related area experience.

Create and maintain order processes in regard to order sweeps and amendments for stores, Ecommerce, National Accounts, and vendor fulfillment.

Monitor and amend order status report to assure orders flow through the Great Plains system properly.

Prior experience in order management, logistics or related field preferred

Position Title: Order Management Representative

Manage order-to-invoice cycle for sales orders including order entry, managing EDI workflow and blocks, maximizing truck capacity, and delivering service metrics

Demonstrated customer service excellence including sensitive communication skills in identifying, trouble shooting and resolving issues in a timely manner

Entry level SAP or ERP skills preferred

Knowledge of Order to Cash processes preferred

Logistical Coordination for Offsite Storage Requirements in Coordination with Project Manager

Manage Complexity of International Business, Forwarding from European Supplier to other Global Locations, VAT Tax and Import/Export Documentation Creation and Management

Margin Review and Analysis of Orders with Product Manager and Business Finance Controller

Minimum education requirement- Some college

Liaise with Autodesk Finance team to resolve billing issues
