10+ years of Network Operations Center management experience managing a domestic and/or global networks infrastructure.

10+ years of experience with space, power and facilities management for data centers and third-party colocation facilities.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, Economics, Finance or equivalent practical experience.

10+ years management of network infrastructure and assets including dark fiber, leased assets and network bandwidth.

Thorough experience of optical, IP and FTTH networks including core backbone, peering and caching segments and optical network equipment (Juniper, Nokia).

Thorough experience of modern customer promise equipment (CPE/In Home) solutions.

Strong project management and organizational skills

Strong written, oral and interpersonal skills

Analytical and critical thinking skills

Knowledge of Microsoft products, especially Excel

Knowledge of COE Engineering and Installation

2+ years of experience with Layer 2 Switching protocols

Provide Network Engineering support as it relates to the CISS Project

Turning Up the CJIS equipment in SDC

Upgrade Software code as required on Network switches

Responsible for remote monitoring of critical customer network infrastructure, analyzing alerts and troubleshooting incidents.

Provide Tier 1 Networking support to meet PCI Compliance requirements.

The TCOM Network Operation Center is the single point of contact and support for 3

party clientLeased dark fiber customers providing trouble support, outage communication/coordination and dispatching for any service issues.

This will be 24X7 operations covering 3 shifts.

Comprehension of fundamental technical concepts with analytical, organizational and time management skills.

Two or more years of event management experience.

Associate Degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience (required).

At least 2 years' experience working in a 24x7 mission critical Network or Technical Operations Center environment.

An experienced leader with a strong background in operations management, strategic planning, and leadership coaching.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Operations, or related field; advanced degree preferred.

An excellent communicator with exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills.

Proven experience in mentoring and developing leaders, with a focus on continuous improvement and Lean principles.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Experience in the photography industry or related field is a plus.

Creates and updates documentation needed to configure, operate, and recover monitoring tools and capabilities, Common Operating Procedures (COP), and other processes

Strong knowledge of IT Service Monitoring best practices and standards.

Demonstrated ability to support tasks and issues through to completion, strong follow-through and critical problem-solving skills.

Hands-on experience with network monitoring tools such as Solar Winds

Plans, briefs, and executes efficient Authorized Service Interruptions (ASI) with minimized impact to daily operations

Demonstrated experience with applying analytical skills to problem solve issues autonomously and collaboratively with external and internal partners

Adhere to strict deadlines and manage projects, including the installation and decommission of hardware.

A networking degree or relevant work experience as a Network Operations Engineer / Network Engineer.

Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain a professional demeanor when handling complex network issues

Practical experience with network protocols, e.g., MPLS, BGP, OSPF, STP, LACP, etc., and hands-on network troubleshooting experience of critical issues

Advanced networking certifications (e.g., CCNP, JNCIP, CCIE, etc.)
