Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a Finance related field.

Manage cost and benefit analysis for transportation engineering projects.

Previous experience as a logistics manager or a similar role.

5 years of experience in a Finance or corporate related setting.

Manage and develop logistics team.

Minimum of 3+ years of supervisory and/or distribution management experience.

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Transportation Logistics, Operations Management preferred, however relevant experience will be prioritized.

Passion to identifying, executing change management opportunities.

Manage global carrier and freight forwarder negotiation, contracts, quality impact, service, and relationships.

5+ years’ experience in supply chain management, logistics planning or operations

People management experience in a high-performance work environment

Responsible for career development and performance management of direct reports, which includes salaried and hourly employees.

Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management or related field

This role leads a team of 27 Salary and Management employees and approximately 300 hourly employees.

Provides management for the development and implementation of cost-effective material handling plans, including purchased logistics services, and material handling equipment.

Plans for future material handling needs, equipment, and manpower requirements and prepares operating budget for assigned areas.

Bachelor’s degree related to Supply Chain, or equivalent experience

Determine the requirements and design of supplier scorecards. Leverage to conduct business reviews and identify areas of opportunity/improvement

Lead the hiring and onboarding process for direct reports. Participate on other hiring teams as requested by the applicable hiring manager.

5-8 years of experience in Supply Chain or Logistics

Six Sigma Belts, TMS, Oracle, Tableau experience preferred

Lead collaborative initiative with supply chain to create optimization of the demand cycle/systems; reduce finished goods inventory while optimizing material handling

Work with 3PL and Sr Logistics Analyst to discover, define, and take action to capture opportunities to improve service and/or cost.

Manages financial budget including operations and maintenance, overtime and capital costs which include recommending opportunities to achieve financial goals and requirements.

Manages objectives and continual improvement by managing relations and driving performance management.

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, finance, related discipline, or equivalent experience

Manages the receipt, control and delivery of materials and equipment.

Manages the development and implementation of process improvements.

Manages, facilitates, and maintains good distribution working conditions and safety programs

2 years project management experience

3 years project management experience is preferred

Reduce execution times and costs through effective management of resources, clear communication, and coordination with operations and business teams.

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in logistics, business management or technical field is preferred

5 years Logistics experience in one or more of the key disciplines (Transportation, Customer Service, DC Ops or Customer Supply Chain)

Planning, scheduling and efficiency management skills

Responsible for the daily routing management and scheduling of service and delivery drivers within multiple locations of a given market.

Understand all DOT regulations to ensure we schedule loads that comply with DOT service requirements.

Support District Manager with conducting safety meetings, training and/or in-services as needed.

Has a bias for action - takes on responsibilities, opportunities, and challenges with a sense of urgency, high-energy and enthusiasm.

2-3 years of supervisory or managerial experience or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience preferred.

Strong time management skills: able to prioritize and plan work activities to use time efficiently.

Strong computer skills and working knowledge in Microsoft Office suite of products.

Prompt and dependable, able to follow instructions, work independently, respond to management direction, and able to improve performance through management feedback.

Manage Pueblo animal transfer shelter functions in close collaboration with Animal Logistics department in Colorado Springs.

Facilitate and collaborate with staff, other managers, and Veterinarians to review and develop procedures, discuss concerns, and brainstorm solutions.

Responsible for coordinating Procurement & Logistics talent management and succession planning

Work with proposals and project management teams to develop competitive proposals

Manages planning and tracking of procurement activities, cost budgets, emerging country spending and saving forecasts

Enforce terms and conditions of purchase orders and compliance with legal requirements and Company policy

Demonstrated experience working with enterprise resource planning and standard operating procedures
