Maintains current knowledge of new training techniques and developments.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

At least seven years of related experience in designing, delivering, and/or consulting on training preferred.

Conducts all training seminars, conferences, and programs for all property staff

Coordinates and conducts needs analyses in various forms; analyzes information to help identify and define present and future training needs.

Creates materials for new training programs or seminars.

Strong working knowledge of Learning Management Systems and Adobe Creative Suite.

Manage vendors to optimize usage of learning products and services

Manage team to design, develop and deliver training content in various learning modalities.

Oversee content in learning platform to optimize learner experience and engagement.

5-8 years of experience in related Learning & Development fields.

3-5 years of Supervisory Experience

Superior consulting, coaching, influence management, and networking skills

This is a remote-based position with a requirement for employees to be based in one of the following seven metropolitan areas:

8+ years of experience in leading teams and/or a combination of education and experience in related fields

Five years or more years of training experience preferably in a banking or retail environment.

1-2 Years Project management experience

3+ years conducting and leading management training, excellent facilitation skills and training delivery skills

Experience with different learning management systems. Specific experience with loading courseware (scorm, etc.), tracking, and reporting

Exemplary project management skills with ability to oversee and deliver across multiple tasks & deadlines and work with various stakeholders

Strong organizational and time-management skills; written, oral and presentation skills
