1-2 Years Project management experience

3+ years conducting and leading management training, excellent facilitation skills and training delivery skills

Experience with different learning management systems. Specific experience with loading courseware (scorm, etc.), tracking, and reporting

Exemplary project management skills with ability to oversee and deliver across multiple tasks & deadlines and work with various stakeholders

Strong organizational and time-management skills; written, oral and presentation skills

Deliver leadership training or programs for mid-level training leaders (new managers at home office)

5+ years of experience leading and partnering with cross-functional teams, involving key stakeholder relationship management

5+ years of experience leading teams through process and change management

Provide mentorship, guidance and professional development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and capabilities

Open collaboration and constant offerings iteration

L&D experience journeys enabled through technology platforms

Explore and utilize technology platforms to enhance learning experiences and ensure seamless delivery of training programs

Compensation: The estimated salary range for this role is $100,000 - $135,000 based on skills and experience.

Ability to design a range of learning events and programmes that cover technical, soft skills and leadership development

May oversee the management of Learning Management System.
