Assist with the management of distributor partner contracts.

Assist with the management of product line and SKU updates with distributor partners.

Manage the marketing email in-box supporting our Sales and Distribution partners, in coordination with the Events and Distribution Specialist.

Manage the Marketing content on the Sales Team drive.

Minimum of one year of previous administrative and/or business support experience.

Help maintain our internal project management tool, Monday.com and coordinate with vendors and agency partners as needed

Understanding of event marketing budgets and accounting management apps

Excellent relationship-building skills at all levels, with outstanding professionalism and commitment to customer experience

Strong project management and planning skills

2 -5 years of event planning and project experience preferred

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Creates a playbook of event planning process and logistics to be used in all STUDIO store events.

Communicates event planning process with STUDIO team members, support center departments, store operations team and vendors where needed.

Or equivalent combination of education and experience

Assign appropriate Account Manager, Project Manager, Client & Print Navigator (if applicable) and gather

3 years of experience in Retail Advertising or Marketing required.

Support the overall planning, control, status reporting and delivery of projects from start to completion to ensure

Schedule intake and kickoff calls with Agency & internal clients and to align on project goals 10%

Identify and escalate problems and issues, work closely with internal clients and PR team to highlight factors

Bachelor’s Degree – major or concentration in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management preferred.

Ability to be consistently at work and on time, follow instructions, respond to management direction, and solicit feedback to improve performance.

Minimum of three (3) years’ experience leading the event planning process

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

Strong oral and written communication skills

RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to:

Contribute to building and maintaining key mechanics of marketing model including lead scoring, attribution, and campaign management

2-4 years of experience in technical marketing operations roles, with a strong understanding of HubSpot and Salesforce

Experience in a large collaborative corporate or high-tech environment where you worked alongside other marketing stakeholders

Experience with HTML, and ideally some CSS and JavaScript

Support / assist the events team in organizing and executing various marketing projects and events.

Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities.

Assist in the planning, preparation, coordination, collection, production, supervision and follow-up of events and partnerships.

Prior event planning, coordination, marketing and/or development experience

Bachelor’s degree, Associates degree, or corresponding experience in event planning

Experience working with volunteers and volunteer committees

Experience managing event budgeting and planning

Basic knowledge of web design

●Possess a strong knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO).

Manage event site set-up, equipment management, and event operation support

Provide inventory control and distribution management for event equipment and supplies

Minimum of 1-3 years’ experience in Event Coordination

Experience with Sales Team communication
