What We Are Looking For


indiGO Auto Group is seeking a full-time Marketing/Events Coordinator to join our St. Louis team. This is a great opportunity to work for an exciting company in a fast-paced environment.

Here is what an ordinary day of work may look like:


  • Obtain and maintain knowledge of compliance and co-op requirements for all manufacturers.
  • Coordinate all store level marketing campaigns, from planning to campaign execution, campaign objectives and expectations, campaign recaps, and more.
  • Work with campus porters to coordinate event layout, vehicle transportation, showroom and compliance updates.
  • Work with Marketing Administrator to ensure monthly budget is aligned with plan and complete end of month monthly budget/coop reviews with management team.
  • Maintain communication with internal team and agency throughout the month on the marketing campaign status and current work-in-progress to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Coordinate all team apparel and apparel for client gifting.
  • Coordinate off site vehicle display contract obligations, signage requirements and logistics.
  • Coordinate internal team building events for local marketing department and campus.
  • Coordinate all events and aspects of the event planning process, including collaboration with subcontractors, venue identification, menu development, printing and design of materials and budget tracking. Events can range from static displays, dynamic test drives, new car launches, rallies, sponsored events broken down by brand along with internal indiGO events.
  • Coordinate any on site PR opportunity logistics such as cars for editorial test drives, photo shoots, etc.
  • Serve as the on-site day-to-day contact in the market for agency, regional manufacture marketing reps, executive team, and CEO.
  • Create relationships with all on-site managers - GSM, Pre-Owned, Service, Parts.
  • Work with Content Creator and Inventory Photography Specialists to ensure all photography and videography deliverables are met.
  • Work with PON to correctly sign all contracts regarding sponsorships and events.
  • Learn respective brands guidelines to ensure we remain compliant, up to date on required events and ever-changing processes.
  • Reports directly to Experiential Marketing Manager
  • Identify and develop opportunities for customer ownership activation through promotions, community sponsorship, events.
  • Coordinate requests for orders on internal sales marketing materials. Including: RS sticker, license plate frames, license plate inserts, keysets, envelopes, stationery, etc.
  • Coordinate and execute weekly meetings with store managment and team to review prior month’s successes/challenges, review new programs and opportunities for the next month, and set 30-day outcomes, goals, and campaign messaging/strategy.
  • Coordinate all social media calendars and content to be approved to go live.


The Opportunity Is For You If You Have


  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in luxury automotive retailer marketing preferred
  • Self-motivated and dependable
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or any related field from an accredited institution
  • Willing to submit to a drug test and criminal background check
  • Extremely organized with dedicated attention to detail
