- Set appointments for a Free In-Home Consultation at the Events and Shows
- Negotiate Contracts with the Event Vendors
- Schedule Demonstrators to work Events
- Collect Contest Entries
- Book an annual calendar of Events and Shows
- Coordinate booth and display set-up and tear down
- Research and find Events and Shows within our assigned territory
- Follow up on the Contest Entries and schedule them for a Free In-Home Consultation
- Measure and report results
- Recruit, hire and train Event Demonstrators
- Assist in coordinating company events and functions
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of social media strategy
- Book an annual calendar of events and shows
- Social media research, planning, posting and tracking across all platforms
- Support company’s public relation efforts
- Recruit, hire, train and schedule event demonstrators
- Maintain and update company website
- Measure and report results
- Research and find events and shows within our assigned territory
- Assist Management on projects as needed
- Coordinate booth and display set-up and tear down
- Building job packets and filing as needed
- Manage Inbound Phone Calls
- Addressing follow-up phone calls and emails from installs
- Follow up on Contest Entry submissions and schedule for a Free In-Home Consultation
- Set appointments for a Free In-Home Consultation at the Events and Shows
- Ability to lift 30 pounds
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Creative, open minded and enthusiastic about creating new opportunities for marketing.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Results driven with strong work ethic
- 2+ Years Marketing/Office Administration Experience
- Must be available to work weekends
- Effective planning and organizational skills
- Critical Thinking and Detail Oriented
- Ability to coach, train and motivate others
- Competency in self training or existing knowledge of social media and new media
- Positive, outgoing personality with strong interpersonal skills
