Job Summary

The Marketing Events Coordinator will be based in Fremont, CA with flexible work from home days. In this position, you will report to the Marketing Events Manager.



Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do…


  • Help with managing event marketing budgets, while using ERP tools like NetSuite for processing purchase orders, tracking payments, and adding new vendors
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
  • Help maintain our internal project management tool, Monday.com and coordinate with vendors and agency partners as needed
  • Manage back-end logistics and planning for marketing sponsorship, speaking opportunities, and webinars
  • Assist with various internal employee initiatives and events as needed
  • Support driving brand awareness at trade shows and events for our key customers worldwide
  • Assist with end-to-end planning, production, and execution of trade shows and events globally
  • Support strong relationships with vendors, event organizations, and media/agency partners



Here is some of what you’ll need (required)…


  • Solid understanding of integrated marketing principles, campaigns, and strategies for global B2B and regional/country market strategic marketing development
  • Strong coordination and collaboration skills with fundamental project management skills
  • Understanding of the renewable energy landscape, types of customers, and policy changes
  • BA in marketing, communications or business or equivalent experience
  • Understanding of event marketing budgets and accounting management apps
  • Capability to build cross-functional relationships in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally to events as required including occasional evenings and weekends
  • Proven ability to effectively build and maintain relationships across highly cross-functional teams including sales, product, and engineering
  • Excellent relationship-building skills at all levels, with outstanding professionalism and commitment to customer experience
  • High organizational skills and a self-starter; meticulous attention to detail and follow-through
  • Proficient written and verbal communication skills to ensure brand consistency across all messaging and external communications
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with care given to each, along with strong attention to detail
  • Experience with marketing project management tools like Monday.com, Asana, and similar tools
  • Proficiency executing on trade show related logistics, including hotel room blocks, conference room booking, service orders, and booth materials
  • Strong work ethic: self-motivated with a desire to take initiative
  • Keen visual event design aesthetic while maintaining brand consistency worldwide
  • Ability to support agency relationships while working closely with regional field marketers
  • 2+ years of trade show/event experience
  • Strong event marketing and trade show management capabilities

Pay Range (Applicable to California)

$71,500.00 USD - $98,300.00 USD Annual
