Experience with all aspects of general ledger management, reconciliation, and month-end and year-end close processes.

Assist in relationship management with shareholders and lenders on an as needed basis to drive a clear understanding of financial performance.

With the support of the Treasury team, manage cash including weekly and monthly cash flow projections.

Assist the finance team as necessary with the planning, coordination, execution, and delivery of the annual budgeting process.

15+ Years’ experience in Corporate Accounting, preferably working in a hyper growth SAAS environment or similar investment banking experience.

Ensure timeliness, accuracy, and usefulness of financial and management reporting; oversee the preparation and communication of monthly financial statements/dashboards.
