Program Director must attend CANS training. Certification is optional.

Oversee the initial and ongoing implementation of the NM High-Fidelity Wraparound model that includes, but is not limited to:

Ensure staff completion of all required forms, tools, documentation, protocols.

Ensure completion of NM High-Fidelity Wraparound FIT and CIT and MCIT tracks and their respective credentialing.

Adherence to the expectations of Wraparound Fidelity and Quality standards.

Adhere to all data collection expectations outlined in this manual.

Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of individuals, including clients, co-workers, management staff, and identified community partners.

Previous relevant experience and familiarity with applicable resources preferred.

Provides emergency first-aid, as needed, and must have and maintain standard first-aid/CPR certification.

Youth Supervisor has work experience in the field of agriculture.

5:30am – 3:30pm Monday through Saturday - It's a 6-day/week schedule!

Schedule may vary due to harvest logistics, weather, and fruit maturity.

Estimated to start June and end approximately late-August.

Assist supervisor with instruction, training, and supervision of youth in designated areas.

Basic classroom management and the ability to direct youth and provide them with clear steps and tools that support goals achievement.

You have previous experience working with youth.

You have a teaching certificate or background in education.

Serving youth (at least one year of direct service). You have a demonstrable record of planning and implementing youth programs.

Creating positive and supportive relationships with youth.

You are a Spanish speaker.
