Youth Supervisor Jobs

MISSION

The mission for the seasonal position of Youth Supervisor for Berry Harvesting is to supervise youth groups professionally and follow Stahlbush policies, serving as a role model and ensuring the safety and productivity of the crew 100% of the time. If you have leadership and agriculture experience and are excited to support a team to work in a safe and efficient environment, this is the role for you! We are always looking for motivated, qualified individuals to join our family.

This is a seasonal role that will support the duration of the berry season.

• Estimated to start June and end approximately late-August.
• 5:30am – 3:30pm Monday through Saturday - It's a 6-day/week schedule!
• Schedule may vary due to harvest logistics, weather, and fruit maturity.

Responsibilites - Youth Supervisor

• Youth Supervisor performs other duties as assigned.
• Be a great teacher and understand that many of the youth it is their first job; give feedback to promote improvement.
• Fill in for supervisor during absence.
• Scheduling and managing crew attendance to meet 100% of machine berry harvester needs.
• Communicate with supervisors.
• Assist supervisor with instruction, training, and supervision of youth in designated areas.
• Maintain clean work environment.
• Positively motivating youth crews to meet harvest and team goals.
• Follow outlined production processes, adhere to all Stahlbush safety policies and procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS - Youth Supervisor

• High School Diploma
• Leadership experience and a passion to help others work diligently and stay safe!
• Youth Supervisor has work experience in the field of agriculture.
• Bilingual Spanish/English highly preferred
