1) Develop documentation for country profiles that provide guidance on how to requisition contingent/temporary labor.

3) Document current state processes for systems such as SmartRecruiters, Coupa, SAP Fieldglass and more.

A background/familiarity with contingent workforce programs and recruiting would be a plus but not required.

BA/BS in a Business or Mathematics or equivalent work-related experience.

Minimum 3 years leadership experience preferably within a contact center environment.

Ability to lead and manage a team to accomplish both analytical and internal service goals.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate details, broad concepts, technical and process matters.

Experience with contact center operations. Preferably, experience utilizing complex call center software applications to achieve business objectives.

Ability to establish effective working relationships with individuals from diverse backgrounds and abilities.

Experience and expertise with Workforce Management platform for mid to large retailer

Experience and expertise with Kronos Workforce Management platform

Experience with labor standard management platforms such as LaborPro or StandardsPro a plus.

Requirements – Education and Experience

Manage multiple concurrent and cross-functional technology and process improvement projects, including new system releases/updates, from discovery through deployment.

5+ years’ experience related to standards and measurements, technology, systems and processes, and project management/consultation.

Experience includes development and management of multiple budgets related to various projects and or program.

Obtains financial support for projects or supports this work as it relates to program management.

Leads all project and/or program management work including monitoring and tracking of progress and status update communications.

Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management.

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.

Bachelors’ degree with 4-6 years of project management experience, or Masters’ degree with 2-4 years of experience.

Experience supporting grants or contracts oversight, including budget, resource, task and timeline management

Create new tools and processes, where needed, to support successful project management

Proficiency in virtual meeting/collaboration, project management, and survey software (e.g., Zoom, Teams, Asana, Survey Monkey, Higher Logic)

Monitor project finances, including the development of project budgets, staffing allocations and financial projections

Manage relationships and collaborate with PIC staff, consultants and subcontractors, other National Council departments and both public/governmental and private external clients/customers

Experience in Agile teams preferred

Experience with tools such as UKG Workforce Central, UKG Dimensions, and/or SAP-HCM is a plus

5+ years of related experience in project management, leading project teams, or relevant experience

Certification(s) in project management is a plus

In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques

Collaborate with the Director of Project Management to establish project management standards, processes, and best practices.

Monitor project performance metrics and provide regular reports to the Director of Project Management and stakeholders.

Drive process improvements and project management efficiencies within the Professional Services organization.

5+ years of workforce management experience

3+ years of experience in scheduling and capacity planning within a multi-channel organization

3+ years of experience working with WFM industry standard software (Verint, IEX, etc.)

3+ years of experience developing long term Internal and Vendor staffing plans while ensuring cost metrics are in line with expectations

Experience in complex routing strategies within inbound and outbound contact centers

Data visualization development experience (Ex: Tableau or Power BI)

Bachelors’ degree with 4-6 years of project management experience, or Masters’ degree with 2-4 years of experience.

Experience building, managing and influencing relationships with senior stakeholders, using data to generate insights and solving complex problems.

Experience in eCommerce or marketplace platform is a plus.

Build and ensure a high performing customer service team that will deliver operational excellence to our end users.

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is desired.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Determine and manage project estimates and budgets and make purchasing decisions for project resources including internal and external staffing requirements.

Develop and maintain good relationships with customers to ensure project/program management processes are integrated between internal functions and external vendors

Provide leadership and training to teams related to project management, integration and prioritization activities.

Understand and support the development of a change management strategy and communication material for specific programs changes.

Extensive experience in project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

Relevant certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2 certification are highly desirable.
