Position Summary:


The Manager, Project Management is individual contributor role. This is a fulltime remote opportunity in any state (United States); Oklahoma resident is preferred. Travel to the OK City office is required, based on business needs. This position leads the work and deliverables of multiple, projects or programs, from project plan development through to implementation, that may impact multiple processes, systems, functions and products. Length of project vary in duration.


Fundamental Components:


  • Consults with constituents (these may be internal and/or external) to scope/define project.
  • Collaborates and partners with other functional managers, other business areas across/within segments or other business areas to ensure all workflow processes and interdependencies are identified and addressed.
  • Collaboratively works across multiple functions and /or segments to obtain agreement from all impacted parties (e.g., up and downstream effects often impact multiple functions and/or segments.
  • Assists others to identify solutions to issues that negatively impact program and/or project plan.
  • Identifies gaps and recommends enhancements related to new and/or existing products, services and workflows based on broad view of the organization.
  • Responsible for resource utilization within and across work teams.
  • Obtains financial support for projects or supports this work as it relates to program management.
  • Leads all project and/or program management work including monitoring and tracking of progress and status update communications.
  • Proactively leads a program and/or projects by setting direction.
  • Responsible for the financial implications of projects and/or program budgets.
  • Cross function/segment group facilitation/presentation.
  • Influences change in order to improve performance results, organization effectiveness and/or systems/quality/services.
  • Develops and implements business plan to achieve business goals.
  • Responsible for development and implementation of new ideas that supports work/team.


Pay Range


The typical pay range for this role is:


  • Minimum: 60,300
  • Maximum: 130,000


This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.

Required Qualifications


  • Must possess reliable transportation and be willing and able to travel in-state up to 25% of the time. Mileage is reimbursed per our company expense reimbursement policy.
  • 5+ years’ experience related to standards and measurements, technology, systems and processes, and project management/consultation.
  • 2+ years demonstrated proficiency with personal computer, keyboard navigation, and MS Office Suite applications (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, etc.)


Preferred Qualifications


  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management.
  • Proven track record in meeting project milestones and negotiating for resources.
  • Experience includes development and management of multiple budgets related to various projects and or program.
  • Oklahoma resident is preferred.
  • Proven ability to satisfy customers’ needs and develop alternatives to resolve issues.
  • Proven project management skills.
  • Managed care, Medicaid, experience
  • Proven negotiation skills.


Education


  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
