Overview A Workflow Documentation Coordinator is responsible for creating, maintaining, and updating workflow documentation for a company or organization. This includes creating and updating process maps, flowcharts, and other documents that explain how the organization’s processes and systems work. The Workflow Documentation Coordinator is also responsible for ensuring that the documentation is accurate and up-to-date. Detailed Job Description The Workflow Documentation Coordinator is responsible for creating, maintaining, and updating workflow documentation for the organization. This includes creating and updating process maps, flowcharts, and other documents that explain how the organization’s processes and systems work. The Workflow Documentation Coordinator is also responsible for ensuring that the documentation is accurate and up-to-date. The Workflow Documentation Coordinator will work closely with other departments to ensure that the documentation is accurate and reflects the current state of the organization’s processes and systems. The Workflow Documentation Coordinator will also be responsible for providing training and support to other departments on the use of the documentation. Job Skills Required• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to understand and interpret complex processes and systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of workflow documentation tools and software
Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
• At least two years of experience in workflow documentation
• Knowledge of process mapping and flowcharting
• Knowledge of workflow documentation tools and software
