Responsibilities:

• Provide training and support to warehouse staff on WMS functionalities, ensuring proper utilization of the system.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic plans for warehouse operations, ensuring seamless integration of the WMS.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, recommending innovative solutions to enhance warehouse management processes.
• Conduct regular system audits and troubleshoot issues to maintain data integrity and system functionality.
• Analyze and assess warehouse processes and workflows, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance productivity and accuracy.
• Lead and oversee the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) software and tools.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and distribution processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve system-related issues.
• Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in warehouse management systems.
• Effective communication and leadership abilities to collaborate with teams and drive change.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Proven experience (5-7 years) as a Warehouse Management Systems Manager or similar role.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis and reporting.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
