Coach a team of Agile delivery experts who are responsible for building and developing Agile practice capabilities

Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, design, engineering, and data

Founder or founding team experience in an early-stage startup

Experience working with complex products to meet market needs

Grow your skill-set, learn new tools and techniques, and proactively develop innovative solutions

10+ years of industry experience in fulfillment, supply chain operations, or warehouse management

Profound experience in operations management and delivering change in complex and ‘charged’ environment

Leadership skills to meet responsibilities for projects and manage the Fulfillment team as appropriate to achieve positive change

Provide strategic direction in areas of supply chain management, lean continuous improvement, and execution of key defined processes

A Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, project management, business, logistics operations, or other related field
