Reviews reports to determine daily department staffing levels; reviews staffing plan with Inbound/Outbound Manager.

Conducts weekly and monthly staffing review with Inbound/Outbound Manager.

Reviews quality measurements and reports status to Inbound/Outbound Manager.

· Receive inspect shipments for damage and conformity to order specifications and packing slips.

· Store received items in appropriate warehouse sections

· Create and print barcode labels and inventory in product through WMS

Minimum of 1-year mortgage servicing experience; specifically, in the procurement and payment of property taxes

1+ years clerical and/or office experience

Excellent mathematical and analytical skills

Knowledge of Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA) and Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) regulations

Performs basic clerical duties such as copying, scanning and filing of property tax and other documentation

Key Responsibilities And Accountabilities Include

Manage all products with appropriate care.

Collects products and safely transports materials to the shipping bay.

Receive and document merchandise for delivery or return.

Keeps an inventory of all merchandise entering or exiting the warehouse.

Identify missing, lost or damaged materials and immediately notify the supervisor.

1-2 years customer-facing work experience in a hospitality or finance environment

Provides 'Subject Matter Expert' level knowledge related to Accounts Payable best practices and Loews Hotels policies for other Team Members

Maintains strong relationships with assigned properties in Finance, Receiving and Procurement

Ability to perform “Physical Requirements” as explained below

2 years of experience processing, researching, and adjudicating claims

Strong organizational, analytical and judgment skills

5 years-of experience processing and adjudicating claims

1 year of dock or warehouse experience in the transportation industry

Experience loading and unloading trailers

Read customer orders, work orders, shipping orders and requisitions to determine items to be moved, gathered, distributed and/or shipped

Ensure warehouse is accessible and safe for employee and customer traffic

Assemble products and participate in inventory counts as needed

Monitor daily pick-ups and deliveries; verify that loads have arrived on time and in good condition

Operate forklifts, pallet jacks and other mechanical equipment.

Pick product to prepare for shipment.

Receive, ship, stock and maintain warehouse inventory.

Review, process, and resolve moderately complex claims in accordance with contracts and policies.

Research claims through the utilization of reference materials and on-line tools.

Responsible for accurately coding claims through the system.

Translate data into information acceptable to the claims processing system including follow up on pended claims.

Maintain all appropriate claims files and perform follow-up on pended claims.

Prepare claims for return to Provider or Subscriber when additional information is needed.

Clean and process recyclable materials

Ensure all materials are processed efficiently with no quality defects or load rejections

Move and stage processed materials for loading into trailers

Load processed materials onto assigned trailers for shipment

Unload and sort transfer trucks returning from stores and delivery pads

Create accurate records of processed materials

Have a high degree of accuracy with data entry and formatting

Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and work within tight timelines

Previous banking or professional finance experience

Complete data entry for all currency transactions

Guard and maintain the safety and security of our employees, vault, and liability at all times

Process, verify, and reconcile inbound and outbound currency transactions

Prepare outbound currency orders and replenishments

Count, verify, and report currency inventory daily

Maintain accurate company records via the company business system and enter corrections and adjustments as authorized by management

Advanced computer data entry skills

High School Diploma or equivalent experience in a related field

3-6 years of experience working in a similar role

Experience with domestic and international shipping/receiving

Experience with inventory control, cycle counts, and physical inventories

Process shipments using approved software with IATA and DOT requirements as needed

Maintain Hazmat certification and other certifications as required

Minimum, 2 years of warehouse, shipping & receiving, and hazardous materials experience required

Must be able to handle and process waste in accordance with RCRA, SQG, DOT, OSHA and state specific regulations and requirements

Experience with building access systems and building monitoring equipment preferred

IATA and DOT certification preferred but not required
