Position Description
Currently, HGL is seeking a Senior Word Processor interested in full time work. Looking for a candidate with strong/extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 apps/Adobe Creative Cloud (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint), as well as Adobe. Shift hours will vary. The candidate will be responsible for word processing of deliverable, proposals, and various reports.
Responsibilities/Duties
What You'll Be Doing
The person hired for this role will be responsible for:
  • Creating reports, TOCs, tables, and headers/footers
  • Converting files to PDF
  • Generating lists of acronyms, tables, and figures
  • Using styles in Word
  • Bookmarking/linking in PDF files.
  • Importing figures and photographs into files
  • Inserting headers/footers and page numbers in PDF files
Required Skills
WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
The ideal candidate will need the following as a foundation for success in this role:
  • Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Adobe Acrobat Pro
  • Microsoft Office 365 apps (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint)
