Six Sigma Black Belt Certification required

2+ years of Six Sigma Black Belt experience in process improvement at a distribution center

Experience with cross-functional projects involving executive level members as well as support staff and distribution associate employee

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to promote trust and collaboration to build strong relationships

4 - 7 years of work experience in corporate restructuring or management consulting positions with a financial or accounting focus (required)

Complete proficiency in understanding and developing financial models and presentation skills

Independently execute and oversee the development of financial and business models (e.g., 3-statement models, 13-week forecasts, EBITDA opportunity assessments)

Leads components of projects with multiple service lines and the ability to lead smaller projects autonomously

BS/BA with major in Accounting, Economics, Finance, General Business, or Management preferred, with outstanding academic record

8-10+ years of relevant work experience, including project management experience

Experience with workflow and project management software
