Job Description

As Vice President of Continuous Improvement, you will be responsible for identifying, reviewing, and implementing end-to-end business process improvements that will drive efficiencies and effectiveness to continuously improve client and customer service experience. You will be an integral member of the Capio Operations team, working closely with business partners, training, product managers, and operations to ensure the successful delivery of targeted process improvements. The Vice President of Continuous Improvement is responsible for the coordination of cross-functional activities necessary to identify, develop, and execute solutions. In this role, you will serve as subject matter expert to identify and resolve problems or transactions that require interpretation of policies, guidelines, or processes.


Qualifications:

  • Detail oriented, strong analytical/problem solving skills, ability to effectively work on a team
  • Ability to create and foster strong partnerships with business partners, working independently as well as in a broader team environment
  • Be able to use Asana project management software

Responsibilities:

  • You will ensure operational goals/metrics are achieved or exceeded and that all collection activity is conducted in compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
  • Expected to assist others in analysis or project effort execution as needed, handle more complex systemic analysis, and have proven abilities to present findings and solutions in an understandable and actionable manner
  • Work with a process team to focus on business performance that constantly strives to eliminate waste, integrate duplicative processes, and improve customer satisfaction
  • You will transform the organization by moving the Capio Family of agencies to a customer-centric, process managed organization
  • Partner with stakeholders to execute and improve business processes
  • Use business process management and/or Lean Six Sigma methods, tools, and templates to document the current state delivery model, processes, and metrics
  • Prioritize critical opportunities to drive out the optimal service delivery model
  • Ensures that projects are completed according to established timelines and budgets
  • Design and develop a customer-centric, process measurement system
  • Have ownership for one or more processes, reports, or procedures
  • Assist in the development and application of the business unit’s strategic mission and vision to help people burdened with medical debt achieve long-term financial wellness.
  • Maintain alignment with defined business objectives and partner with other managers to document information about the processes, measurement systems, and controls
  • Stay abreast of pertinent industry practices, skills, and regulatory concerns
  • Presents complex information such as data driven analysis and reports, methods, and other results in a logical and understandable format to a wide variety of audiences
  • Perform quality and process reviews of service procedures in a timely fashion according to a pre-set schedule
  • Ensure the business is represented and has a voice for all change readiness activities to ensure no client or employee impact
  • Frequently leads projects/ complex assignments with little supervision

Compensation & Benefits

  • Position is Exempt, with Paid Holidays and Vacation Time-off
  • Bonus Structure: Up to 25% of Base Salary, upon achievement of MBOs
  • Base Salary: Range - $110,000 - $135,000
