Job Description

🌟 Director of Process Improvement in Healthcare Staffing 🌟


This role is responsible for tracking and operationalizing the organization. Objectives and Key

Results (OKRs), and driving org-wide process improvement and effectiveness.


🔑Responsibilities:


  • Challenge non-value-add activities and work with cross-functional teams to identify and

  • Apply organizational change management tools and methodologies to improve the adoption of new processes, reduce impacts to team members, and improve communication on what changes are being made and why. Create benchmarks to help functional leaders measure efficiency and determine if processes are optimal.

  • Monitor, report, and facilitate the execution of the organization

  • Lead detailed process definition and documentation of work streams and ensure cross-departmental dependencies, requirements, and impacts are represented and understood.

Other note: This position is remote, but may be required to travel to attend meetings.


Qualifications:


  • CPM/PMP/PPM Certification desirable Highly collaborative and skilled at development
  • Ability to lead a team and provide solutions to support the end-to-end process.
  • Ability to work as part of a team to accomplish tasks.
  • Ability to recognize and solve complex issues before/as they arise and escalate to the appropriate level.
  • Experience working with OKRs. - Objectives and Key Results
  • Relationships and influencing stakeholders.
  • Clear and data-driven communication for influencing and directing decision-making.
  • At least 10 years of experience delivering process improvement and/or strategic project management.
  • Bachelor's degree
