Previous experience in Industrial Refrigeration is a plus

Proven experience (5+ years) in platform engineering, data management, and analytics, with a focus on ML/AI, and APIs.

Strong understanding of data management concepts, data engineering, and analytics technologies, as well as experience with machine learning frameworks and techniques.

Experience with identity management systems, security protocols, and compliance frameworks.

Define and implement identity and access management (IAM) strategies and solutions to ensure secure and controlled access to platform resources.

Drive the adoption and integration of OpenAI technologies, APIs, and third-party platforms to enhance the capabilities and interoperability of our systems.

Solid knowledge of platform architecture, microservices, and cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).

Manage and develop a team of manufacturing professionals, including production supervisors, engineers, and technicians

Experience in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry

Lead the development and execution of the manufacturing strategy for Zea Biosciences

Experience supporting large scale, complex analytics requirements

BA/BS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience

At least 8+ years’ experience as data engineer in a medium to large scale solutions

Must have experience architecting and building scalable Big Data applications

Experience using modern data stack (Spark, Snowflake, Big Query, NoSQL like Cassandra etc.) on cloud platforms (Azure, GCP, AWS)

Experience building ETL/ELT pipelines for complex data engineering projects (using Airflow, dbt, Great Expectations would be a plus)
