Manage engineering budgets, schedules, and resources effectively to ensure timely and successful project delivery

Foster a culture of collaboration, teamwork, and knowledge sharing within the engineering department and across the organization

Experience with MBS design software

Deliver risk assessment, management, and mitigation plans associated with ongoing product releases.

Manage all product focused engineering teams & outside vendors.

Evaluate and manage vendor relationships, contracts, and work.

Must have deep knowledge around distributed systems at a large scale.

Experience owning systems handling more than 1 million transactions per second.

Experience with public speaking, and representing the company at conferences and events.
