Proven management experience in process plant.

Knowledge / Experience / Skills Required

Leads change management activities for area of responsibility.

Ten years of managerial experience with budgetary responsibility in the consumer/electro-mechanical industry preferred.

Knowledge of current Health, Safety, and Environmental legislation and standards.

Demonstrated results in process improvement and experience in reliability best practices and programs

Minimum 15 years’ experience in engineering/technical field with minimum 5 years with managerial and budgetary responsibilities

Deep understanding of the technology & product development process, regulatory and quality requirements, especially within the Medical Device industry

Strong communication skills are a must for this position

In this role, you will have the following responsibilities:

The VP of Engineering should have the following qualifications:

Implement and maintain processes and metrics to ensure that the engineering organization is efficient and focused, and that products are market-ready.

Ability to balance longer term strategic vision and direction setting with day-day management responsibilities through the Platform Leadership Team

Excellent organizational and time management skills with ability to set own priorities in a timely manner

Manage the growth of the global Platform organization to 300 people

Bachelor or Master’s degree required, with 15 years of relevant and related job experience

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Self-motivated and organized critical thinker with solid interpersonal and business communication skills
