Manages the day to day vendor relationship management activities across multiple internal service areas.

Knowledge of the automotive industry is critical, Fleet Management Experience preferred;

Vendor management / relationship skills experience

Good communication skills (Verbal & Written,), analytical and time management skills.

Experience using Ariba Contract Management tool preferred.

Preferable to have a BA/BSc degree or can show considerable work experience in vendor/contract management.

Assist in developing policies and procedures as needed to support the internal stakeholder engagement and external vendor management.

Communication of complex ideas to internal management up to middle management level.

Own end-to-end vendor marketing campaigns:

Write campaign briefs and collect/approve assets:

Bachelor's Degree and 1-2 years of experience in a high volume sales role

10+ years of experience in Resource Vendor Management roles supporting Onshore, Nearshore, and Offshore resource vendors within large institutions.

Flexibility and organizational change management experience.

7+ years as Resource Vendor Management Leader developing, cultivating, and leading strong, high-performing teams driving maturity of the function.

Strong process leader who is detail oriented with demonstrated expertise in contract agreements and risk management.

Strong operational experience in large complex environments.

Actively anticipates, identifies, and manages risks within the position scope and at the company.

Provide performance management, training, and quality assurance (QA) excellence development.

Provide input to the project manager by identifying and evaluating state-of-the-art technologies and defining user requirements.

Implement processes and organizational capability to execute vendor contract and relationship management.

Manage the relationship with one or more of Comcast’s third-party contact centers.
