  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Experience in partner/vendor management
Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience maximizing extended workforce business growth and cost reduction as needed for operations teams through application of advanced modeling and consultation methods
  • Experience as an agreement consultant, representing both extended workforces and service providers
  • MBA or JD degree
  • Effective analytical and structured problem solving skills, with excellent communication and collaboration skills exhibited in complex operational settings
  • Experience managing advertising operations, technical support, and/or customer care operations

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $96,000-$141,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as a go-to resource on industry trends in extended workforce agreement models and market benchmarks for outsourced services.
  • Understand business problems, design extended workforce solutions and lead initiatives to improve efficiencies and drive change.
  • Design commercial agreements and lead negotiations with vendor partners for outsourced services that span advertising operations, technical support, retail store and supply chain operations, and customer care.
  • Partner with verticals to drive consistency, adoption, and excellence across levers, including outcome-based agreements, reward/penalty structures, pricing, incentives for ongoing automation/scaling, and ramp-up/ramp-down terms.
