5+ years’ experience working as an Entertainment/Production Travel Agent or equivalent VIP agent

Must have proven experience handling high-end, discerning and demanding clients while maintaining composure

Strong customer service skills and the ability to think “outside the box”

Strong Sabre GDS proficiency (including pricing, faring and ticketing) for domestic and international travel

Must be willing to work more than 40hrs a week (if needed)

Assist clients in planning and booking their travel arrangements

BS or BA degree preferred (In lieu of education credentials, equivalent combination of education and directly related experience.)

Good understanding and knowledge of all aspects of Touring.

Suggest improved practices to ensure departmental operations run successfully and profitably, and bring ideas for improvement to line manager’s attention.

Attend on- and off-site supplier functions as required to keep up to date product knowledge.

Minimum of 2 years of experience within a travel agency required

Strong knowledge and understanding of airfares, contracted fares, ticketing and reissues required

Booking and Reservations: Coordinating and securing hotel bookings, rooms, and additional services such as room upgrades, special requests, and amenities.

Client Communication: Providing exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries, addressing concerns, and guiding clients through the hotel booking process.

Documentation: Assisting clients with confirmation documents, reservation details, and any necessary documentation information.

Book all travel needs! (airline, car rental, hotel accommodations, cruise, ticket/event sales, etc…)

Have the ability to travel and enjoy FAM (familiarization) trips to experience new places and expand your travel knowledge

Communication and some customer service skills preferred

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Earn your CLIA and IATAN certification
