Travel Booking Agent Jobs in Texas

Client Consultation: Engaging with clients to understand their accommodation preferences, budget, and requirements, and recommending suitable hotel options.

Sales and Upselling: Promoting additional services such as airport transfers, local tours, and travel insurance to enhance clients' overall travel experience.

Vendor Relations: Building and maintaining relationships with hotels, accommodation providers, and partners to ensure clients receive premium services and benefits.

Booking and Reservations: Coordinating and securing hotel bookings, rooms, and additional services such as room upgrades, special requests, and amenities.

Client Communication: Providing exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries, addressing concerns, and guiding clients through the hotel booking process.

Documentation: Assisting clients with confirmation documents, reservation details, and any necessary documentation information.

Preferred experience using Concur to manage travel arrangements

Manage and book all aspects of travel arrangements for clients, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and other travel-related services.

Minimum of 1 years of experience in travel scheduling and booking

Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Utilize Concur to ensure all travel arrangements meet company policies and procedures.
