Sales and Upselling: Promoting additional services such as airport transfers, local tours, and travel insurance to enhance clients' overall travel experience.

Vendor Relations: Building and maintaining relationships with hotels, accommodation providers, and partners to ensure clients receive premium services and benefits.

Booking and Reservations: Coordinating and securing hotel bookings, rooms, and additional services such as room upgrades, special requests, and amenities.

Client Communication: Providing exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries, addressing concerns, and guiding clients through the hotel booking process.

Documentation: Assisting clients with confirmation documents, reservation details, and any necessary documentation information.

Book all travel needs! (airline, car rental, hotel accommodations, cruise, ticket/event sales, etc…)

Have the ability to travel and enjoy FAM (familiarization) trips to experience new places and expand your travel knowledge

Communication and some customer service skills preferred

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Earn your CLIA and IATAN certification

Assist clients in booking travel arrangements, including but not limited to flights, hotels, car rentals, and tours

Research and provide recommendations for travel destinations, accommodations and activities

Training & Support provided online

Must be comfortable working with minimal supervision

Must produce minimum of 100 shipments per day. Each shipment takes approximately 2 minutes to complete.
