Training Development Specilist Jobs in California

Minimum 15 years of experience in the haircare industry in an education management position

Support the development of service concepts within product initiatives in close cooperation with Brand Management / R&D / Field Education

Ensure development of product related education materials, in alignment with the responsible brand managers (education manuals, educator training aids)

Experience leading stylists and managing remotely

Coordinate input and information from all relevant members of Marketing, R&D, Sales and Education teams when developing educational material

Partner with VP Global Education & Field Education Directors to build out Education strategy to support sales goals by channel

Formal education or certification in Human Resources Management an asset

Previous proven experience developing and facilitating management development training programs

Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service

Work in conjunction with Quality Assurance Manager to analyze Guest Satisfaction Results and plan trainings to address service issues as required

Proven organizational skills, works well on own initiative and as a team, able to set and meet deadlines with quality results

Strong computer skills, proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.) and LMS

College degree plus two years related experience; or a minimum of 4 years total of education and/or experience.

Ability to effectively present information to new hires, sales and customer service personnel and management.

You apply your knowledge of training & learning theories and principles to help build online and instructor-led learning programs.

You develop program content to be implemented by the Training & Development Team and/or Managers and RRS Team Members.

You work collaboratively across functional areas to manage and coordinate new program launches.

Experience with e-learning software a plus.
