Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning tools, whether as a developer, project manager, or product owner

Experience owning and driving full- cycle training development from identifying the need, developing the content, facilitation delivery, and evaluation

Strong organization and time management skills, including the ability to work independently and balance daily operations and projects.

Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from peers and management

Coordinate with staff and managers to customize and modify training plans and coordinate training session logistics.

Complete all responsibilities as outlined on annual Performance Plan.

Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience

Minimum 5 years of experience in health care; preferably as a trainer or similar role

Management and leadership abilities to influence others, plan initiatives, coordinate execution and measure results.

Strong verbal and written communication skills, presentation skills to various levels of management.

Working knowledge of Training within Industry (TWI) skills training system or equivalent & adult instructional/learning methods.

Conduct audits for operator certification training.

Two or more years of relevant experience, in a manufacturing environment. Food processing industry experience desired.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work in dynamic fast-paced environments.

Experience with the application of knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques to manage projects.

Administration of the recognition program and management of the Educational Reimbursement program

Conceptualize and develop tools and internal marketing communications to support Talent Management programs

A minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate learning, talent, and/or organizational development.

Strong written/verbal communication and facilitation skills with attention to detail

Strong organizational skills and the ability to adapt to changing and competing priorities
