Training Development Specilist Jobs in Florida

• Hands-on experience with project management and budgeting

Support the development, dissemination and presentation of security education materials that provide blended learning opportunities.

Serve as a member of the Special Programs Security Education Council

Coordinate with external security educators to obtain education materials for dissemination to industry

Support the development and implementation of web-based security education and awareness tools

Evaluate security education and awareness program efficiency by identifying and gathering performance improvement metrics

A minimum of eight to ten years of relevant experience

Strong organization skills. Ability to use a HRIS, MS Office Suite, and a learning management system (LMS) at an intermediate level.

Requires technical knowledge and ability to learn new systems.

Design/develop new instructor-led classroom training in support of organizational training needs.

Administration of web-based T&D/HR programs: online employee recognition portal, performance appraisal program, survey programs, department intranet pages, and internal networking system.

Record/stream live T&D events. Edit video/audio, incorporate graphics and produce high resolution video files for web sharing.

Responsible for T&D dept. marketing/communication: write articles for the company newspaper, company-wide emails regarding training events, etc.

Provide leadership around development and management of knowledge and expertise. Become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) related to our CRM

Strong written, verbal and presentation skills

including your rights and responsibilities.

Attends regular meetings with support staff and various team members to review upcoming issues, items, and training.

Provide initial training to all team members (On-boarding, Refresher courses, etc.)

Design and develop courses and test plan for end-users.
