As a Product lead, you’re directly responsible for the delivery of features and capabilities of Experience

Grooming of an initiative into specific business requirements which will include:

• Research and analysis of existing capabilities across products to appropriately leverage or supplement

Collaborating with program management and solutions engineering to understand customer requirements and pain points, and to drive customer success.

Experience with various project management and planning tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, GitHub Issues, Trello, Gantt charts, burndown charts, etc.

Working closely with engineering teams, research, and program management in an agile environment to deliver products to market.

Defining new and innovative product features, their functional and non-functional requirements, and acceptance criteria.

Understanding and translating business-defined requirements into detailed and crisp technical requirements that R&D teams can execute on.

Managing and converting requirements into well-organized sprint boards with clearly defined, prioritized, and scoped stories, features, and bugs.
