Technical Product Specialist Jobs in Florida

Familiarity with ticketing systems and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.

Experience using Zendesk and Intercom softwares, and other remote support tools.

Collaborate with different teams in the company, such as Customer Success, Product, R&D, and Finance.

Guide customers through troubleshooting steps, offering clear and concise instructions.

Understand the product and stay up-to-date with product knowledge to provide accurate and relevant technical information to customers.

Contribute to the development and improvement of technical support processes and knowledge base articles.

•Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science or similar field or related work experience.

•Experience leveraging JIRA for Agile tracking, Smartsheets for project management, and Powerpoint for presentations

•Experience with F&B supply chain processes including inventory control, purchase orders / replenishment, invoice management, etc. desired

•BA in Management IS, Comp Science, or similar

3.Crunchtime and/or Blue Yonder experience

Actively collaborate and work with other skilled product management and development professionals.

Knowledge of IT and AWS cloud concepts preferred.

Assist in the testing of our BeautyHealth medical device equipment and other aesthetic consumable products.

Observe and identify any product and/or software issues through proactive and QA testing.

Provide accurate and detailed reports of findings.

Work alongside cross functional departments to assist in product triage.

5+ years of product management experience

Minimum 2 year technical product knowledge in Warehouse management or Supply Chain

Understands the Warehouse Management system configurations, and can work with business to adjust configurations to meet changing business needs.

Provides subject matter knowledge on the business, associated processes and systems

Manage relationships with multiple vendors providing support to Commercial off the Shelf (COTS) and Software as a Service (SaaS) products

Manages project interdependencies in support of business strategies, roadmaps and financial commitments

Performs other duties as assigned by Management.

Other duties as assigned by management.

Participates in overall product strategy, research and development requirements, development, and manufacturing coordination for new and emerging products.

Excellent written, verbal communication and customer facing skills.

Prior experience communicating with global Vendors.

Global purchasing experience a plus.
