Previous experience in an administrative or support role would be beneficial

Strong communication skills - written and verbal.

Resourcing across Bespoke's internal database and other platforms

Leading daily team review meetings

Assisting the Head of Operations with events and team outings

Support the execution of risk management strategies to ensure a safe, exciting student experience.

Hold summer event management responsibilities through Recreation Services Operations & Events.

Demonstrated experience in personnel management and ability to motivate students.

Responsible for the harmonious development, management, and implementation of the Team Sports Program.

Provide on-site event management and logistical assistance for Sport Club home matches, games, and tournaments.
