Detailed Job Description The Tanf Case Manager is responsible for providing case management services to families receiving Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) benefits. The Tanf Case Manager works with families to develop and implement plans to help them become self-sufficient and achieve their goals. The Tanf Case Manager also provides support and guidance to families in order to help them access resources and services that will help them become self-sufficient. The Tanf Case Manager is responsible for assessing the needs of families, developing individualized plans, and providing ongoing support and guidance to families.
