Key Responsibilities:

• Perform ad hoc analyses
• Provide business insights based upon data to further drive digital revenue growth and optimization

• Provide analyses facilitating the creation of business cases for digitally sponsored projects
• You will work with multiple technology and product teams to measure the performance and effectiveness of our retail products, develop insights about existing customer experience, and suggest improvements that potentially enhance how customers interact with our brand.
• We are seeking an experienced analyst to conduct performance measurement, analysis and reporting of our digital channels and products.
• Performance reporting & financial oversight: provide management with timely, accurate and concise reporting on the performance of digital division initiatives, goal attainment, and overall IT division progress to achievement of enterprise goals

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Ability to work with large datasets and/or Big Data using SQL, Python, or other database programming languages
• Ability to tell a story with data using reporting and data visualization techniques and/or tools (e.g., Spotfire, Tableau, Microsoft BI)
• Advance skills using Google Analytics (Big Query), Enterprise Data Warehouse and SQL server
• The ability to provide insights and recommendations based on data and analysis
• Digital retail experience
• Strong work ethic and results orientation required for fast paced, customer-focused environment.
• Certified Google Analytics Professional or the equivalent in a related web analytics tool
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field and/or equivalent work experience required
• Airline or travel industry experience
• Strong written, oral, and interpersonal skills, including the ability to explain and/or present analysis
