Supply Chain Stock Order Coordinator Jobs

Manage all aspects of the client delivery process inclusive of troubleshooting missing deliveries

Assist other departments or on the selling floor as needed and as requested by the Store Manager/ Director

3+ year experience in a retail setting, with a focus on stock or inventory, preferably in a luxury setting.

Experience in Java, GO, or other comparable languages.

Experience with SQL and data modeling.

A college degree is required, additional education and work experience preferred.

Develop and maintain working relationships with suppliers and internal support groups as required by Supply Chain Manager

Ensure on-time vendor shipping schedules and update ETA’s.

Answer telephones to communicate with vendors and other departments.

Supplier Management: Maintain relationships with suppliers, including conducting regular supplier performance reviews and addressing any issues or concerns.

Strong understanding of supply chain processes, including procurement, inventory management, and logistics.

Proficient in using supply chain management software, enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, and data analysis tools.

Monitor lead times to ensure shipments are delivered on time and accurately

Supporting document collection necessary for qualification and completion of system set ups for co-manufactures.

Quantify and communicate volume requirements to be contracted to appropriate procurement contacts.

Tracking, reconciliation, and communication of raw/packaging material requirements and changes related to co-manufacturer production schedules

Completion of internal e-form process for related raw materials requiring SAP set-up.

Coordinate new requests for Client to contract materials between co-man and appropriate procurement contacts.

Support Ensure Supply questions from co-manufactures on non-contracted material and work with vendors and procurement to evaluate options for support.
