Title:Supply Chain Support Coordinator

Location: Solon, OH

Duration: 4 Months

:

• Complete E-form requests for the Raw & Pack Direct Procurement teams for NUSA. This role will require data gathering through our SAP system, as well as follow up communications with our procurement teams to support packaging, ingredients, and commodities E-Forms.

Individuals will support the procurement function with activities including but not limited to:

Set up of new Co-Manufacturing partners:

• Comparing bill of materials and completing pricing analysis to recommend if Client should contract for any raw/packaging components on behalf of co-manufacturers.
• Completion of internal e-form process for related raw materials requiring SAP set-up.
• Supporting document collection necessary for qualification and completion of system set ups for co-manufactures.

Tracking, reconciliation, and communication of raw/packaging material requirements and changes related to co-manufacturer production schedules

• Quantify and communicate volume requirements to be contracted to appropriate procurement contacts.
• Reconcile Initial volume contracted against usage and revised forecast w/co-man, raising exceptions where there is a declining balance or surplus to the appropriate procurement contacts.
• Coordinate new requests for Client to contract materials between co-man and appropriate procurement contacts.

Support supply activities related to co-manufactures

• Support Ensure Supply questions from co-manufactures on non-contracted material and work with vendors and procurement to evaluate options for support.
• Act as first point of contact for ensure supply escalations on Client Contracted Materials, working with vendors and procurement contacts to resolve.
• Analyze root cause for major ensure supply issues and report out recommended improvements to procurement and co-manufactures.

Develop/improve processes and tools related to procurement support of Co-Manufacturing partners.

• Document solutions and processes to ensure sustainability.
• Help to create and maintain tools and processes in support of the above activities.
• Adapt solutions as needed to support different businesses and partners.

Key Skills/Requirements:

• Capable of navigating through ambiguous situations
• Able to build relationships and collaborate to find creative resolutions, supporting multiple business units.
• Proven ability to analyze and present findings in a clear and cohesive manner.
• Candidate should be detail oriented and a self-starter.
