Title:Supply Chain Coordinator/Specialist

Location: Toledo, OH 43659, USA (Hybrid)

Duration: 24 months (Temporary assignment with possible extension)

Pay Rate: $25/hour on w2 without any benefits

Shift: Mon – Fri (7:30 am to 4:30 pm), (8 am to 5 pm) and (8:30 am to 5:30 pm)

Hybrid role. 2 days onsite (Tuesday, Wednesday), and other days as needed. Subject to change.

Description:

• This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate activities across functional areas as well as with vendors, carriers, and plant personnel.
• Using analytics this individual will provide insight towards improving supplier lead times, order quantities, and inventory management that results in working capital savings, cost reductions, and optimal scheduling.
• The Supply Chain Specialist responsibilities include analyzing requirements and acting on timely procurement of raw materials and/or timely planning and scheduling of finished goods products to meet demand.
• Bottom line, we find a way to keep plants running efficiently and without interruption, so that we get the right material to the right place, at the right time.

Required:

• BI (Business Intelligence ) tool knowledge preferred.
• Reporting with Microsoft Excel.

Must Have:

• Microsoft Excel.
• Microsoft Outlook.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Supply Chain Knowledge.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to multitask.
• Critical Thinking.
• Ability to work independently and with a team in a matrix environment.

Nice To Have:

• 2-5 years’ experience in a sourcing, procurement, supply chain, customer service, or materials management role preferred.
