Role Overview:

This position will support for the US warehouse operation monitoring. Your job scope will mainly cover the daily monitoring of operation KPI and to co-work with warehouse managers to find the solution to improve the KPI; Please find responsibilities for more information.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct on-site training to improve the business monitoring and problem-solving skills of warehouse managers.
• Improve each operation process according to local scenarios and output SOP to ensure operation quality and efficiency.
• Provide solutions for warehouse daily operation and co-ordinate across departments by analyzing business data.
• Conduct business performance review for warehouse managers according to the warehouse operation KPI.
• Monitor the quality of warehouse operations, discover, report and deal with all kinds of problems timely to ensure the smooth operation of the warehouse.
• Establish monitoring tools and reports according to business needs to improve the operations monitoring system.

Requirements:

• More than 2 years of working experiences in the logistics and warehousing industry, familiar with the operation process of warehousing and logistics, cross-border e-commerce warehousing management experience is preferred.
• Skilled in excel, SQL and other data analysis tools, with strong data analysis ability, good communication and coordination skills.
• Bachelor degree or above, major in logistics and supply chain is preferred.
