Strategic Finance Director Jobs

8-10 + years (preferrably within infrastructure, or comparable renewable energy industry) experience in strategic/corporate finance, strategic planning, and/or corporate development/M&A.

2-3 years of renewables company experience with deep understanding of organizational structure, business model, and companies assets and liabilities

Co-manage near and mid-term corporate liquidity, and related monthly and quarterly reporting deliverables

Manage long-term Capital Planning/Business Strategy and Valuation and Investment Performance

Implement rolling quarterly forecasting and track and manage forecast versions

Manage all investor relations and develop and support Executive and Board presentations based on findings, insights, and financial data

Excellent excel / modeling skills and familiarity with GSuite products

Knowledge of Tableau for reporting

3 - 8 years of relevant experience in strategic finance, private equity, and / or investment banking

Mastery of finance / financial modeling with basic accounting proficiency and experience working with SaaS business models
