5+ years of technician / mechanic work experience in the automotive industry. Electric/hybrid vehicle experience preferred

High Voltage electrical knowledge and training

Perform diagnosis and repair of prototype vehicle’s electrical/mechanical/software systems

Fabricate and/or modify existing prototype components/fixtures

Maintain detailed records of all work performed

Maintain test equipment in operational condition by performing routine maintenance and making minor repairs/adjustments as needed

Effectively manages project budgets using cost management techniques and understands how their decisions and recommendations impact expenses and revenues.

Load flow studies are run to identify additional system needs. Asset renewal data is also reviewed to identify needs.

DPE's also support large customer requests, Distributed Energy Resource (DER) studies, and overcurrent protection studies.

3-5 years of experience in Finance, Business, or related field; or an equivalent in education and experience

· Training all levels of Regional Management and Regional Support Teams on financial matters and policies

Experience in multi-unit retail is preferred

Ability to effectively organize and manage priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment

Skilled at presenting financial data to all levels of leaders

Working knowledge of Learning Management System (LMS) or Human Resource Information System (HRIS) or Human Capital Management system (HCM)

2-3 years’ experience with project management and change management related to learning

Minimum of 7 years of experience in an automobile company or in the battery development team of a leading company

Minimum of 10 years of experience in an applicable experience in a product development role

Exceptional depth of technical expertise along with strategic thinking and planning capabilities

Direct the construction of the pilot line for cylindrical cell development

Build, test, and analyze lithium-ion batteries for reproducibility and reliability

Required to communicate regularly with management and engineering team in Muskegon and draw upon the knowledge and resources at RENK America.

Tracked vehicle knowledge and maintenance experience preferred.

8 years minimum hands-on assembly / troubleshooting / mechanical / repair / testing experience in technical support of power train components.

Working knowledge with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook is required.

Vehicle access capability required. Must be able to meet the anthropometric requirements for combat vehicle ingress and egress.

Must have excellent written and verbal English language communication skills.
