Overview Software Support Analysts provide technical support to customers who are having issues with software applications. They troubleshoot and resolve software-related problems, answer customer inquiries, and provide guidance on how to use software applications. Detailed Job Description Software Support Analysts are responsible for providing technical support to customers who are having issues with software applications. They troubleshoot and resolve software-related problems, answer customer inquiries, and provide guidance on how to use software applications. They also provide technical assistance to customers, diagnose and troubleshoot software issues, and provide solutions to customers. Additionally, they may provide training and support to customers on how to use software applications. Job Skills Required• Excellent customer service skills
