Job Description
Applicant must have 4 years of relevant experience with the following:
  • Demonstrated ability to ability to interpret complex information and provide informed analyses
  • Demonstrated ability to work with all levels of management, customers, and vendors to resolve problems
  • Demonstrated ability to use Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience in providing information technology technical support either in software or some other IT
  • Requires excellent written and verbal skills as well as IT savvy to assist customers
