Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Support Community Manager by engaging with customers and followers across social media in alignment with each brand’s values and mission.

You have previous internship experience in beauty or a related industry.

Assist with the production of content shoots as well as supporting on the ground during any shoots.

Surface key learnings from our community to Social Media Director and leadership team.

Stay abreast of key industry trends, competitive insights, and industry leaders in social media.

Excellent organizational, project management and problem-solving skills to juggle multiple responsibilities at once and consistently meet deadlines.

Excellent organizational & time management skills including high attention to detail and rigor

Own community management by responding to comments & actively engaging with customers & influencers posts.

Create & Execute our customer's content calendar across all existing social media channels & manage postings.

Manage external content creation via influencers, photographers and brand ambassadors

Excellent writing and copy editing skills.

Community Management – Interacting with fans and influencers via Social Media.

Marketing research for our influencer program.

Scheduling/planning/research for our various social media outlets.

Researching and reporting via Google Analytics.

You have experience with Google Workspace, Excel, Google Drive, Dropbox.

Some experience with Photoshop and/or InDesign is preferable.

This is a non-paid internship. Valuable real-world music industry experience and class credit can be earned.
