Previous experience working as a stylist, fashion blogger, or influencer is advantageous

Experience in a retail store or showroom is a plus

Basic knowledge of photography and photo editing is a bonus

Proven experience in marketing, event coordination, and showroom management.

Regularly review and analyze showroom performance, providing reports to senior management and suggesting improvements where necessary.

Train and supervise showroom staff to deliver exceptional customer service and product knowledge.

Work closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and preferences, and tailor our showroom offerings accordingly.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the construction industry.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building strong relationships with customers and staff.

Plan and manager showroom budgets

Hire and manage all temporary market employees and assistants.

Manage all sell-off of dropped samples from showroom.

Manage ordering and movement of samples for the market, including sample tracking.

Responsible for driving sales, brand awareness and acquiring new clients.

Responsible for leading, training and coaching the showroom team, developing talent and ongoing mentoring/performance development.

Setting performance targets and driving Showroom productivity and profitability i.e. conversion rates, sales, UPT, ATV, customer data capture and linkage

Be the market brand ambassador to the local design community responsible for driving networking and professional relationship building

Previous Showroom Manager/Business Manager/Transaction Manager experience is preferred but not essential;

Have active involvement in daily briefings, keeping the Sales Manager and Team updated with the actions and activities of the department.

Monitor national publications, online and social for credits/placements on a daily basis

Assist with weekly press/VIP reports

Support retail team with occasional showroom market appointments
