Job Description
:
Cambria is looking for a Showroom Coordinator that will assist in overseeing day-to-day operations of the Cambria Showroom in our Sales & Distribution Center. This individual will be responsible for selling Cambria by providing a friendly, knowledgeable, white glove experience to trade partners and homeowners/consumers who visit the Showroom.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Sell Cambria by presenting a white glove service and experience within the Showroom
  • Assist in planning, managing and hosting events within the showroom, either independently or with/for the Sales team
  • Maintain Sample and Marketing literature inventory
  • Provide design solutions for consumers and/or trade professionals their project, as requested
  • Assist in managing the overall look, brand and customer experience in the Showroom
  • Maintain and submit expense invoices for reimbursement on a timely basis
  • Update all supplies within the showroom
Sell Cambria by effectively servicing local business partners
  • Provide communication between homeowners, business partners, and the appropriate internal Cambria Representatives to assist with each unique situation
  • Support the local market representatives sales efforts within the architect, designer, remodeler, retailer and fabricator communities
  • Accurately collect and update customer information through Salesforce on a daily basis
  • Be familiar with relevant industry associations, such as the National Kitchen and Bath Association and International Interior Design Association, and stay up to date on Market Reps memberships in order to leverage the benefits of the membership
  • Conduct trainings, executive showroom tours, and product knowledge presentations within the Showroom
  • Bring forth ideas to ensure that there is continuous growth of traffic within the Showroom
  • Maintain a high level of business, financial and industry expertise so you can advise partners effectively in ways that benefit both their business and Cambria
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Self-motivated
  • Excellent presentation and customer service skills
  • Professional and tailored in appearance to reflect our premium brand
  • Ability to work extended hours (evenings and weekends) if needed
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external parties
  • Highly detail-oriented with a passion for perfection
  • Strong organizational skills, as well as the ability to maintain focus under pressure
  • Thrives in a team environment that is fast-paced with multiple projects
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication
Minimum Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or similar field
Experience: One year of experience in retail or showroom experience in commercial or residential industry is a plus
Systems: Technical proficiency in Google & Microsoft Suites, and SalesForce preferred
Travel Requirements: Minimal, may be required to travel to other Cambria locations.
Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds for displays, samples and other marketing materials. Requires lifting and handling of event set-ups and take-downs. Requires telephone and computer use.
